GuestArm operates as an online marketplace connecting guests with independent hosts. We do not own, manage, or control the properties listed. Our responsibility is strictly limited to facilitating the booking process.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. By booking, you agree to pay the total amount specified. The host is responsible for honoring the booking once confirmed.
We offer a 100% free cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their booking at any time prior to the check-in time for a full refund.
Hosts must ensure their listings are accurate, safe, and available as booked. Any discrepancy is the sole responsibility of the host.
Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect, follow the host's house rules, and leave the property in good condition.
